PLANT is a revolutionary umbrella concept conceived by designer Riccardo Giovanetti. It reimagines the traditional sunshade to form a lightweight, graceful, and space-saving structure. Rather than simply providing sun protection, PLANT offers a fresh perspective on outdoor environments, sheltering and illuminating the surrounding space.
Wing consists of adaptable, movable partitions known for their eye-catching three-dimensional design and consistent form.

Materials and finishes:
i) Solution dyed Acrylic: The color added in the process of generation of the fibre provides a high degree of resistance of the fabric against U.V. rays, also in “aggressive” environments such as in presence of chlorine and salt. The colors do not bleach and remain steady for a long time and moreover the fabric is resistant against moisture. A specific treatment makes it water-repellent and protects it from stains. Regular brushing keeps its original appeal unchanged. UPF 50+ (UV Protection Factor). Weight 290 g/m2.
ii)Polyester: Designed for outdoor use, the White Polyester fabric with or without print.
iii) Finishes: The materials used have been specifically selected and treated to maintain our products durability and consistency over time. The lumber we source is the best available to guarantee structural integrity and strength of the product. The aluminum profiles are powder coated or anodized to ensure a longer durability in time. The colors may differ from the real ones.
